Accomplished Northeast Ohio Lawyers

The law firm of Bentoff & Duber has over 45 years of experience helping injured people in Cleveland and the surrounding areas. During that time we have learned that hands-on attention and personal care are key factors in the successful outcome of a case. We understand the importance of research. We have built a success rate of over 90 percent in Social Security Disability cases.

Our firm was established in 1961 with our founding partner, Fred J. Bentoff. Initially we limited our practice to representing the injured and disabled in the area of workers’ compensation. In 1973 Michael J. Duber joined the firm and we subsequently expanded the practice into representing people before the Social Security Administration to secure Disability Insurance Benefits and Supplemental Security Benefits (SSI). Following Mr. Bentoff’s retirement Glen S. Richardson joined the firm bringing significant expertise in the area of Social Security and workers’ compensation. Recently Brandon T. Duber became associated with the firm specializing in litigation. Despite the growth of our firm we have never lost our commitment to give each and every one of our clients the individual attention that they are entitled to. We understand that in difficult times they need our help and expertise in obtaining all the benefits that they are entitled to under the law.
