Kelly Mulrane is an asset to the firm, where her practice includes civil litigation, workers' compensation, criminal defense and family law. She brings a great attitude to Bentoff & Duber as an enthusiastic, hard-working advocate for our clients. With both of her parents being attorneys, trial advocacy and constitutional rights have been dinner table topics for Kelly's entire life, developing her passion for representing clients since childhood.

Kelly received her undergraduate degree with Honors from The Ohio State University, with degrees in both history and sociology, and a minor in legal foundations of society. While at Ohio State, she was a member of the pre-law fraternity Phi Alpha Delta, and the history honors society Phi Alpha Theta. As an undergraduate, Kelly studied legal issues at Oxford University in England, winning an award for her skills as a passionate advocate, and also studied German and Russian while traveling abroad in Russia, Ukraine, and Europe.

Kelly graduated law school with Honors from The Case Western Reserve University, where she excelled in trial advocacy, winning the CALI Award for Excellence by having the top grade in her trial tactics class. While in law school she also studied abroad at Oxford University in England. Kelly did more than just "learn" in law school - she developed her trial skills through the law school's criminal defense clinic program, where her hard work successfully resulted in charges being dismissed on many of her clients; she worked as an extern with Franklin County Domestic Relations Judge Kim Browne, where she reaffirmed her interest in family law and courtroom advocacy; and worked for Bentoff & Duber as a law clerk, providing invaluable help on workers' compensation and criminal defense matters.

In her free time Kelly enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, and hanging out with her dog, Natasha.
