More Than A
Law Firm
Dominick Nardozzi represents injured workers in Ohio's workers' compensation system. He has argued thousands of claims before the Ohio Industrial Commission while managing a high-volume practice, helping clients navigate every stage of the workers' compensation process.
Dominick comes from a working-class family and spent the first half of his childhood being raised by his single mother, where he learned the value of hard work and saw firsthand how legal systems designed to help people can still be difficult to navigate. Dominick decided at an early age that he wanted to attend law school to advocate for people like his mother - hardworking individuals who needed help navigating an unfamiliar legal system.
Dominick graduated from Bowling Green State University in 2017 where he obtained an undergraduate degree in Psychology. After graduation, Dominick worked for Bowling Green State University's Information Technology department before attending Cleveland State University College of Law (formerly Cleveland-Marshall College of Law), where he graduated magna cum laude in 2023.
Since beginning his focus on workers' compensation, Dominick has represented injured workers through every stage of the claims process, advocating for favorable outcomes while providing clear, practical guidance during what is often a stressful time. Dominick possesses not just his experience, but also his compassion and dedication for helping others, which aligns strongly with Bentoff & Duber’s guiding mission.
When he’s not preparing for workers’ compensation hearings you can usually find Dominick planning for his next Dungeons & Dragons session, watching the Cleveland Cavaliers, practicing at the driving range, or spending time with his family - including his three cats Leo, Ezra, and Obi.
